After over 17 years working in communications I decided to set up RK Social Comms so that I could help companies make the most of communicating with their customers. Initially working in consumer publishing as a trained journalist I moved into PR, running a Press Office for many years before moving into Online Marketing, specialising in eCRM & social media. I managed the award winning communications strategy for Jordans Cereals, one of Associated British Foods leading brands for many years before moving to John Lewis where I managed both eCRM & social media strategies for several years (including Christmas campaigns Bear & Hare, Monty the Penguin and Man on the Moon).
